This is an established community with a mix of both residential and vacation rental homes, set in both single and 2-storey buildings. This is an electric pool heat community.

Room description

All villas will have a fully equipped kitchen containing a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. All of the plates, cups, glasses and cutlery, plus pots, pans and itensild are also included. The master bedroom with have an en-suite bathroom, other bedrooms with share a bathroom. The villa will also have satellite/cable TV, full air conditioning and heating. The screened-in swimming pool will have a minimum of 2 sun loungers and a table plus 4 chairs around the pool deck. Not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters, therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking.

Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 8:00 h to 12 midnight, after midnight key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucurity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00h.

This established sub-division is an ideal base for guests to visit Walt Disney World. It is located on North Highway 27, just 3.5 km away from the shops and restaurants on Highway 192, which is also the main road that takes you into Walt Disney World, which is just a 15 minute drive awaySeaWorld and Universal Studios will be a 40 minute drive, and the nearest Airport is Orlando International which 50 km from the complex.

How to get there

Guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee and join the SR 417 heading west (a toll road). Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take a first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre, where guests can check-in, is on the right.
