Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, safe and a currency exchange. Guests may also make use of the small supermarket for small sundries. This apartment complex is situated on a hillside in the tourist area of Puerto Rico. It is a mere 10-minute walk to the local beach (around 1.5 km away). There are a number of bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping facilities in the area surrounding the hotel. There is a bus stop located 50 m the hotel.
