The reception is open Monday-Friday: 8 am - 12:30 pm and 3 - 7 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 4 pm, and is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. The apartments are available for check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out must be before 10:30 am on the day of departure. Guests should contact the residence in advance to arrange an arrival outside the reception opening hours.

The residence is located at the top of the commercial street of Jean Jaurès, and in the immediate vicinity of Place de Strasbourg. Its location, somewhat removed from the city's busy streets, enables guests to profit from the peace of a residential environment. From the Place de Strasbourg, guests can enjoy privileged access by bus or by car to the town centre of Brest (some 1.9 km away), as well as to the various port districts and other areas. The beach is around 3 km away at Moulin Blanc. Guests can find restaurants and bars within some 5 minutes' walk of the hotel, and nightlife options are located around 1 km away. Shopping is available on Jean Jaurès, some 100 m away. How to get there
From N12 and airport: drive until the end of the N12 to roundabout Pen ar C'hleuz. Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout and go straight, towards Brest Centre, then towards Place de Strasbourg. The Rue du Vercors is the last street on the right before the Place de Strasbourg. From N165: after the Bridge of Iroise, follow the signs for Brest Centre then Brest East. At the roundabout Giratoire de Palaren, take the 1st exit (Rue de Quimper) until the Place de Strasbourg. Take the 3rd exit (Rue Albert Loupe), then the 1st left. From SNCF railway station: when leaving the carpark of the station, take the Georges Clémenceau Avenue, then turn right into Rue Jean-Jaurès. The Rue du Vercors is the last on the left before the Place de Strasbourg (opposite Picardy).
