There are a total of 41 apartments, all have wooden floors and are equipped with twin or double beds, a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooker and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar and a living room. There is also a private en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer, as well as air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, cable TV and Internet access. The double rooms (a total of 6) accommodate a maximum of 2 persons and are equipped with air conditioning, double glass doors, a complete en suite bathroom (as above), wooden floors, a direct dial telephone, cable TV and Internet access. A safe, ironing set and a balcony or terrace also come as standard in all units.
Sport activities description
There are wide garden zones, a children's playground, an outdoor adult's swimming pool and another for children, one indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath and a solarium. There is also a squash court and a library. Sun loungers with parasols are laid out ready for use. For additional fees, guests can take part in an aerobics session or work out in the gym. Spa treatments are also offered and guests can play a game of pool/snooker (both for additional fees). The nearby beach is sandy.

A restaurant and a bar with an esplanade, both offering panoramic views and access to the swimming pool deck, represent the food and beverage options on offer. The hotel serves breakfast and both lunch and dinner are available à la carte and from a set menu.

Situated in a privileged area of the city of Ponta Delgada, the hotel is served by two roads connected to the city centre, easily accessed by car or on foot. There is a mini-bus stop close to the hotel, providing transportation links with every part of the city. The hotel is 5 km away from the airport and only 300 m away from the new harbour - Portas do Mar (considered to be the 2nd best in Europe), the marina and the wide promenade.
