This welcoming complex was built in 1997 and consists of 7 floors with a total of 37 apartments. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a conference room and a TV room. It also offers a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area highchairs for younger guests. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call. Outside, guests will find parking facilities.

All the apartments are tastefully furnished and come with a combined living/ sleeping room, an en suite bathroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a fridge. The complex personnel clean the apartments following guests' departure.
