The apartment hotel was renovated in 2010 and it is housed in a historic 18th century building in the centre of Alicante. It has been restored to offer modern facilities while maintaining the peace and tranquillity of bygone times. The sober and authentic style of the architecture is accompanied by all the facilities of a 5-star hotel. There are just 11 guest rooms and facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, lift access to the upper floors, wireless Internet access, a laundry service and a car park (fees apply).
Room description
All of the stylish apartments were designed by architect Elena Invernizzi, and they consist of a lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, a cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, a bedroom with double bed with top-quality Egyptian cotton bedding, and an en suite bathroom with separate shower. They have exquisite avant-garde decoration and the atmosphere of an old restored building. The high ceilings and large windows allow ambient light to enter the apartments. A hairdryer, radio, satellite TV, Internet access, an in-room safe, washing machine, ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, and a private balcony or terrace also feature in all apartments as standard.
Sport activities description
Guests can use the gym, sauna and other facilities at the neighbouring Hospes Amerigo hotel, and Alicante Golf Club is just 8 km from the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the nearby sandy beach.
Meal service description
A breakfast buffet is served each morning and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner.

The complex is located in the Old Town of Alicante, in a building just 50 metres away from the Hospes Amerigo hotel, and close to Alicante's most emblematic buildings, such as the town hall and St. Nicholas' Cathedral. It also provides easy access to Postiguet beach and Santa Barbara Castle, from where guests can enjoy magnificent views of the city as well as the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the Museum of Fine Arts and the port. Guests will find nightlife options within 100 metres of the hotel, the bus station is 1 km away and Alicante train station is 2 km away. Alicante-El Altet Airport is approximately 18 km from the hotel.
