Due to the situation of the complex, the management recommends that guests arrive by car. Dogs are allowed for a surcharge which must be paid on arrival. Check-in is from 4 to 8 pm. In the case of late arrival, guests should inform the complex in advance. Check-out is by 10 am. All guests must leave a cash deposit, which will be refunded on departure.

Guests will only be a few minutes away from the beautiful fine-sand beach of Santa Cristina. The town centre, with its plentiful shopping venues, lies only around 20 minutes away. The train station is also about a 20-minute drive from the complex.
