Schönes großes Appartement ( Wohnzimmer plus Schlafzimmer. Großes Badezimmer,Großer Balkon. Gutes Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis
Die Zimmerreinigung geht gar nicht. Die Reinigung des Zimmers ist desolat. Von sieben Tagen wird 2 Tage nicht gereinigt ( Was auch bekannt gegeben wird) die anderen 5 Tage wird nach Lust gereinigt , von keine Lust bis etwas Lust. 2 Handtücher pro Tag, wenn man Glück hat. Wir hatten 2 Appatements im 3 Stock direkt über einer Bar wo Abends zwischen 10 und 1 Uhr Live Musik gespielt wird, sodass eine Nachtruhe nicht vor 1 Uhr stattfinden kann

La amplitud y comodidad del apartamento. Zona tranquila. Bastante buena relación calidad precio.
Para mí lo más importante de un viaje es sentirme a gusto en el hotel y sobre todo que esté todo limpio. Me decidí por éste porque la mayoría de los comentarios apuntaban a que se ajustaría a mis exigencias en cuanto a limpieza. Pero debí tener mala suerte pues tuve que dejar una nota al personal de limpieza (que no pasaban todos los días) para que limpiase bien el inodoro pues debajo de la tapa estaba completamente sucio y con salpicaduras de los anteriores huéspedes. Además tuve que insistir en dos ocasiones para que cuando repusieran las toallas (que lo hacían cada 2 o 3 dias) tuviesen en cuenta que éramos 4 personas.

Vi har for 3. gang/år i træk besøgt dette hotel (i alt 49 overnatninger) og ikke uden grund. Det er gode store lejligheder, og et venligt personale, samt stille område. Vi overvejer også at besøge et af kædens andre hoteller.
Rengøring: gulvvask kunne ved ankomst være bedre, det er ikke til lyse sokker ! Pool-område: Solparasoller der sidste år manglede/var i stykker, er endnu ikke erstattet. Swimming-pool: Fliser/mosaik som også manglede sidste år, er endnu ikke repareret.

Tres bel appartement materiel simple mais suffisant pour 2 personnes un petit probleme la tele 1 chaine francaise ARTE mais nous sommes en vacances et la wi fi disponible seulement à l hotel Sejour agreable je pense que je retournerais
La television nest pas une priorite cest un plus

Buenas instalaciones, confortable la habitación, muy tranquilo, en resumen EXCELENTE CALIFICACION.
El aparcamiento, es problemático, tuve suerte de que no había mucha gente sino por aquella zona es dificil aparcar.
Un parking propio más amplio

Las vistas del hotel, la habitación gigante, la decoración exquisita...un hotel estupendo para quedarse en tenerife sur. Además está a muy poquito tiempo en coche tanto de las playas más concurridas como del aeropuerto.
Lo único malo que podría decir es que la playa que hay no sirve para nada. Pero hay otras muy cerca en coche.
Poca cosa que hacer.....jugar al golf y relajarse en la piscina del hotel.
Rooms were a good size, suitable for family of 4. Good location with nice sea and marina view. Nice and quiet by night, plenty of eateries locally. Reception staff very friendly and efficient.
Pool needs some repairs - missing tiles and crumbling surfaces at pool edge. Pool water far too salty. Room cleaning was inconsistent - very good some days but also very poor sometimes. Steps to pool area very slippery - I had one fall and we also witnessed another two. Cooked breakfasts should be of a higher standard.
