very nice, modern interior! extremly friendly and helpful staff! very competitive rates!
cleaning staff should vacuum clean the floor of each apartment on a daily base! damages of equipent e.g. of tube to shower head
perfectly located in the citycenter close to main sights! direclty located to a metro station to airport

Buena situación y amabilidad del personal.
El horario de entrada al hotel que es al 16h y la salida que es a las 11h. Y que no hay servicio de limpieza para estancias inferiores a 3 noches. Plazas parking estrechas y con muy mala entrada.

Buena situación, decoración y amabilidad del personal.
Los apartamentos deberían tener la habitación independiente, es decir, con puerta. Se corta el agua de la ducha.
Se puede visitar el centro de la ciudad andando

Ya tenía muy buena presencia antes de ir, que se confirma cuando se llega. Vista sobria pero funcional y moderna. Habitaciones muy amplias y funcionales, con todo lo necesario. Acceso a garaje por el ascensor interno del hotel. Espacios tranquilos y reservados Buena atención del personal y respuestas inmediatas.
Las plazas de garaje bastante justas y juntas.
Muchas/todas ya que esta junto al centro, y tiene paradas de metro y bus al lado.

Esta muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico de valencia, decoración muy buena y tiene wifi e internet grátis
El parking tiene pocas plazas y no se pueden reservar, asi que si no consigues tienes que buscar en la calle y no es fácil

Nice modern clean room with all necessary facilities. Good location, close to Metro (with very easy direct link to airport) Staff very friendly and helpful at all times.
Water/drainage on occasions can smell bad, but I believe this is a problem in Valencia old town.
