Reviews on the Suitehotel Al Bustan Centre & Residence

I had chosen this hotel for two specific reasons, they stated they offer a bus shuttle, and internet. I learned that they do not have a bus shuttle, and that they charge for the internet. I had typed in the box upon making booking reservations. That this was my first time to use there hotel. And that I needed instructions on where and when is the bus shuttle arriving at the airport, to pick me up at the airport, to take me to the hotel. The staff never replied, and I had to get a taxi to the hotel paying $17.00 U.S. dollars. I had asked the gentleman, don't you think you should give me a free breakfast for having to pay for the taxi, due to your staff did not reply to my question upon booking, he said no! I then inquired about the internet, he gave me the cost to use the internet. I know now I was taken advantage of, never again, also I had requested a single large bed, I instead received a room with two beds, and smelled like smoke! Never again will I ever book a room there!

Spacious rooms, comfortable and very clean, peaceful too. The hotel has a small mall on its ground floor, which is handy if you're after a bite to eat when you don't feel like venturing into town. The hotel is situated close to the airport so it's slightly out of the from the city centre but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to a main mall and beach, and you can catch a bus from a stone's throwaway too. I've stayed in this hotel twice and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
