Thessaloniki is the co-capital of Greece, and capital of Macedonia. It is between the Gulf of Thessaloniki and the Thermaic Gulf. It is an important sea port, controlling a lot of the trade in the Aegean Sea.

You can get an incredible panoramic view from the hill of the Acropolis.
