Sophia Antípolis is a major technological park north-west of Antibes and south of Nice, in the French Département of Alpes Marítimes. The park is in a natural environment of woods and forests and contains several research, science and higher education bodies and organisations, as well as companies working in computing, communications, electronics, bio-engineering, health, chemicals and geoscience.
