Biarritz is a town in the French department of Atlantic Pyrenees, in the region of Aquitaine. The town is not large, and so it is easy to get around it on foot.
Among the town's main attractions is the Port des Pecheurs, an attractive fishing port that is surrounded by corral reef. From here there are some excellent views of Biarritz.
Another attraction is Biarritz's Petit Train (Little Train). On board you can take a pleasant trip around the town and see some interesting corners of the place and its surroundings, including some great views of the coast. This will leave you back in the centre of town, close to the museums and galleries. Recommended are the Sea Museum and the Anglican Museum, housed in the town's Anglican Church.
Furthermore, the town has some lovely beaches. The main ones are Miramar, Marbella and Milady, but there are others too, and all of them are good for a variety of watersports.
